The court may fix another date post-lunch to decide on the case in which the CBI has filed a report to end the investigation after a probe lasting two-and-a-half years on grounds of insufficient evidence.
A Central Bureau of Investigation court on Tuesday reserved for November 25 the verdict in the sensational 2008 double murder case of teenager Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj in which her parents Rajesh and Nupur Talwar are accused.
"Court has decided to examine the statement of Dinesh Yadav for the purpose of clarification. He was the initial investigating officer of the UP Police. Court has summoned Yadav to appear before it on April 15," S P Ahluwalia, special public prosecutor of the Central Bureau of Investigation, said.

The court had asked the CBI investigating officer on January 3 to bring the case diary for examination and had also dismissed an application by Aarushi's parents, Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, for not closing the case.
